Personal Data Protection Law Information Notice
This Information Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and related legislation, in order to explain the principles and procedures regarding the processing of personal data by Birim Teknik Endüstri Makine İnşaat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. / Birim Teknik Isıtma-Soğutma Teknik Malzeme Ticaret – Cem GÖRGÜ (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
Processed Personal Data
The following categories of personal data may be processed by the Company:
- Identity Information: Name and surname, Turkish ID number, nationality, date and place of birth, gender, etc.
- Contact Information: Phone number, address, email address, IP address, etc.
- Physical Location Security Information: Camera recordings, fingerprint data, entry and exit records
- Visual and Audio Data: Photographs, video recordings
- Health Data: Blood type, biometric data, and other special categories of personal data
- Request and Complaint Management Information
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Providing services, evaluating job applications, and managing contractual processes
- Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations
- Providing and planning healthcare services
- Managing requests and complaints
- Ensuring physical premises security
Transfer of Personal Data
Personal data may be transferred, in line with the purposes stated above and within the framework of legal obligations and legitimate interests, to authorized public institutions and organizations, business partners, and service providers, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11 of KVKK)
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, data subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether their personal data is processed
- Request information if their personal data has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with its purpose
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of legal conditions
- Request notification of correction or deletion processes to third parties to whom data has been transferred
- Object to any result that is to their detriment arising from the analysis of data exclusively through automated systems
- Request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data
Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11 of KVKK)
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, data subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether their personal data is being processed
- Request information if their personal data has been processed
- Learn whether personal data is used in accordance with its purpose
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred
- Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data if it has been processed unlawfully
- Request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred
- Object to the processing of personal data
- Claim compensation in case of damage arising from unlawful processing of personal data

I hereby acknowledge that I have read this Information Notice and, within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, I expressly consent to the collection, recording, processing, and storage of my personal data by Birim Teknik Endüstri Makine İnşaat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. / Birim Teknik Isıtma-Soğutma Teknik Malzeme Ticaret – Cem GÖRGÜ, in accordance with the principles and procedures set forth under the law.
